Maybe if we all just go to other providers. Maybe if everyone started demanding that AT&T credit the cost of McAfee subscription it will give them some incentive to get it fixed. McAfee Internet Security Suite 2005 Version 7.0 Free Shipping This auction includes the McAfee 2005 version 7.0 as shown in the pictures. But I'd have to spend 2 hours on the phone again. I'm debating about calling back and demanding they credit this month's bill and every month going forward until they get the issue fixed. AT&T doesn't seem to have any interest in fixing it. Here we are a month later and the issue has not been resolved. The manager finally gave me a credit for one month of internet service ($45.00) and told me to "keep trying with different browsers". Explained that the cost of a subscription form McAfee is more than my monthly AT&T Internet bill. Finally got to a manager and after explaining (multiple times) that AT&T advertises this software as being included in my internet subscription and I can't get it, they are practicing false advertising. None of these "support specialists" were able to provide any support. Spent close to two (2) hours on the phone. Got passed to three different people and had to restart the whole process of explaining the issue with each new person I spoke to. Called the "Support" line (yeah - that's a joke) about a month ago. I log into my account, go to the download page on the AT&T site, click the download link, and it takes me to the generic McAfee website where you can select and purchase a McAfee plan. AT&T: When are you going to get this issue resolved? STILL can't get to a site to download the security suite.
